Alternatively, it can hold up to one 4mm-thick rectangular filter along with another rectangular filter that is 2mm-thick. \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Use of the filter holder can be easily accomplished by first screwing a separately available, Cokin P Series Filter Holder Adapter Ring onto a camera lens. Compatible adapter rings are available for lenses with 48mm, 49mm, 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm, or 72mm front filter threads. Cokin P Series filter holder adapter rings are also available for Hasselblad Bay 50, Bay 60, and Bay 70 lenses, or Rolleiflex Bay VI lenses. The Cokin Universal P Series Filter Holder Adapter Ring may be used as well, and is designed for lenses that are 40mm to 82mm in diameter. To reduce the likelihood of vignetting with wide-angle lenses that have 67mm or larger front filter threads, a separately available Cokin Evo Aluminum Z-Pro Series Filter Holder, along with a Cokin Z-Pro Series Filter Holder Adapter Ring, and Cokin Z-Pro Series, or 100mm-wide, rectangular filters can be used instead. \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e The filter holder's back plate integrates the components that allow a Cokin P Series, or an 84mm-wide, rectangular filter to be secured to a lens with a compatible adapter ring. Three pairs of filter slots are included, which can be used to create a configuration that accommodates three rectangular filters that are each 2mm thick. These slots are attached to the front of the back plate while a pair of adapter ring slots for the back plate's rear snaps onto a Cokin P Series Filter Holder Adapter Ring. After being fitted onto an adapter ring, the back plate can be rotated 360°, permitting the use of graduated neutral density and other filters that are enhanced by varied positioning. Four brass screws held in place by four brass nuts attach the adapter ring slots and any filter slots in use to the back plate. Those screws can be loosened or tightened to vary the level of grip upon the inserted filters, which also can complement the use of graduated filters whose effect can be adjusted to better suit changing lighting conditions or creative demands by sliding them up or down within a filter slot. \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Also included is a second plate that can be installed in front of the back plate, or in front of up to two of the back plate's filter slots.
