This voltage reference features curvature correction circuitry, high stability and laser trimmed thin film resistors that result in 3ppm\/°C temperature coefficients and an excellent ±0.1% (maximum) initial accuracy. The low noise reference architecture produces a low flicker noise of 1.3µVP-P and wideband noise as low as 60nV\/?Hz without increased supply current usually found in low noise references. The wideband noise is improved to 35nV\/?Hz and AC power supply rejection is also improved by adding 0.1µF capacitor at noise reduction pin.
