ANALOG DEVICES LTC3622HDE-23/5#PBF DC-DC Switching Synchronous Buck Regulator, Fixed, 2.7 to 17V in, 5V / 1A Out, DFN-14

LTC3622HDE-23/5#PBF is a dual 1A output, high-efficiency synchronous monolithic step-down regulator capable of operating from input supplies up to 17V. This regulator features ultralow quiescent current and high efficiency over a wide output voltage range. It operates from an input voltage range of 2.7V to 17V and provides an adjustable output from 0.6V to VIN while delivering up to 1A of output current. A user-selectable mode input is provided to allow the user to trade off ripple noise for light load efficiency. Burst Mode® operation provides the highest efficiency at light loads while pulse-skipping mode provides the lowest ripple noise. The switching regulators can be synchronized to an external clock. This regulator is commonly used in applications such as battery-powered systems, point-of-load supplies, and portable handheld scanners.

• Internal compensation and soft-start, up to 95% efficiency

• Output voltage load regulation is 0.1% typical at (TJ = 25°C)
• Minimum on-time is 75ns typical at (VFB = 0.7V, VIN1 = VIN2 = 5, TJ = 25°C)
• Oscillator frequency is 2.25MHz typical at (40°C ? TA ? 150°C)
• Soft start time 0.5ms typical at (TJ = 25°C), 5V VOUT
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, 14-lead plastic DFN package
