ANALOG DEVICES LT8643SIV-2#PBF DC-DC Switching Synchronous Buck Regulator, Adjustable, 3.4V to 42V in, 0.97V out, LQFN-EP-24

LT8643SIV-2#PBF is a synchronous step-down regulator that features silent switcher architecture designed to minimize EMI emissions while delivering high efficiency at high switching frequencies. Peak current mode control with a 30ns minimum on-time allows high step-down ratios even at high switching frequencies. The LT8643S-2 has external compensation to enable current sharing and fast transient response at high switching frequencies. Burst Mode operation enables ultralow standby current consumption, forced continuous mode can control frequency harmonics across the entire output load range, or spread spectrum operation can further reduce EMI emissions. Applications include automotive and industrial supplies, general purpose step-down.

• Oscillator frequency is 210KHz typical at (RT = 221K)
• Top power NMOS on-resistance is 66mohm typical at (ISW = 1A, TA = 25°C)
• Top power NMOS current limit is 10A typical
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 24-lead LQFN package
