The BTC-20 from Platinum Tools is a cable cutter suitable for severing wires and cables�namely, telephone cable, copper cable, and aluminum cable. Employing a high-leverage design, the BTC-20 cuts cleanly, thereby preserving the all-important integrity of each conductor inside the cable. Chrome-vanadium steel is the material used in this tool�s construction, while PVC grips adorn the handles. The BTC-20 will fit in most tool belts and pouches. Its blades have not only been through-hardened, but vacuum-heat treated to ensure durability throughout the tool�s lifespan.
