Its built-in DSP dynamically adjusts pickup sensitivity based on speaker location, helping ensure uniform audio levels even in multi-speaker settings.
Seamless PTZ Camera Integration
When paired with a Panasonic PTZ camera, the WX-AM800 can automatically recall camera presets based on detected voice position?no external controller or programming required. This native integration creates a smooth, automated video experience for remote participants.
Flexible Coverage and Installation
Designed to install cleanly into ceilings at heights from 8 to 12 feet, the WX-AM800 includes multiple mounting options such as embedded, hanging, and bracket-based configurations. Up to four ceiling microphones can be deployed in a single system for larger spaces.
Expandable with Panasonic Wireless Systems
When used with the WX-AU202 DECT Wireless Antenna Unit, the WX-AM800 system supports up to six channels of audio and integrates with Panasonic's 1.9 GHz wireless microphones. The system includes ducking functionality to reduce feedback when both ceiling and wireless mics are in use.
Networked Audio and System Control
The WX-AM800 supports Dante and AES67 for easy integration into digital audio networks. Its functionality can be customized and managed using Panasonic's MicCC software, which offers control over mute groups, ducking, beam width, and echo cancellation across multiple rooms and systems.
