The Neat Bar Pro features a camera with a 50MP sensor that captures up to 1080p30 video, a 16-microphone array, a vibration cancelling speaker box, up to 16x hybrid zoom, and its f/2.8 lens features a 70 to 113? field of view. Other features include an ambient light sensor, camera/system LEDs, and dual-screen support. It is powered via an AC power input or via PoE+, and it can utilize Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and Bluetooth for local conference participant additions.

The 16 beamforming mics feature echo cancellation, noise suppression, automatic gain control, and the speaker features opposing drivers for vibration cancellation. The camera includes mounting hardware to mount it in a variety of configurations, and it can also be mounted onto a tripod using its 1/4"-20 thread.
