M-Live Music Workstation Overview

Be prepared for any live performance with the M-Live DIVO, a compact audio, MIDI, and video player with the ability to provide backing tracks, record audio, and mix or edit tracks in real time. Like a band in your pocket, the DIVO allows users to avoid bulky stage equipment like computers, mixers, and more, while offering MIDI expansion for existing setups.

When used in conjunction with a computer, the DIVO provides a 2x2 USB audio interface over USB-B. Four more USB ports are available for USB controllers and flash media storage (when the internal 64GB storage isn't sufficient). The DIVO features two XLR-1/4" combo mic/line inputs with phantom power, stereo line I/O, a headphone output, an HDMI video output, and more. You can mix your audio with 4-band EQ per input (10-band EQ for master output), and vocal FX (including a 4-voice harmonizer), while the Live Manager software lets you organize your backing tracks. Designed to eliminate format incompatibilities, DIVO supports a wide range of file formats for audio, video, and MIDI, including MTA (multitrack audio) files. The DIVO includes a power adapter and an Ethernet cable.

DIVO contains a brand new database of MIDI sounds designed specifically for live performance via backing tracks. In addition to playing MIDI files, it can be used as a MIDI expander by connecting a USB keyboard. DIVO offers uncompromising performance in terms of controlling and managing large music archives.

Xynthia2 for Maximum Performance

DIVO was born with the Xynthia2 operating system, fine-tuned by M-Live for maximum performance in terms of archive browsing, WEB connections, function integration, and versatility. For a musician, Xynthia2 is ideal and represents cutting edge quality, ergonomics, and reliability. Xynthia2 is the operating system that allows you to have a powerful player, mixer with effects, MIDI generator, web connectivity, and much more, in one machine.

2x2 Sound Card Built In

DIVO includes a powerful sound card to connect to your PC and record your performances by applying effects to your voice and eliminating latency. With DIVO you can connect two microphones or line-level instruments and send the audio stream to the PC, receiving the audio input channel from your PC at the same time. This makes loop-back functionality possible, ideal for modern performers.

Backing Track Management and Archiving

With the included Live Manager software, you can manage the archives of the backing tracks. You can transfer files from computer to DIVO and organize them into folders freely.

Searching for songs is easy, and can be done by title, performer, or musical genre (when the information is in the files). DIVO is a workstation that solves compatibility problems between files, and offers very fast database management because it is targeted to specific types of music files.

Digital Mixer

For those who play live without complications, DIVO offers a mixer with two XLR-1/4" combo mic/line inputs, one 1/4" line input, management of the two internal Music Base channels, click output for the metronome, and a dedicated headphone output. DIVO has a very powerful multi-FX engine for vocals and backing tracks.

It has been configured to simplify the editing and management of live effects. The complete the audio session with a powerful 4-voice harmonizer, a 4-band parametric equalizer for each input channel, and a 10-band equalizer for the main output.

Editing

DIVO can edit any parameter of backing tracks, especially MIDI files. Within the file, you can write and synchronize text and chords. DIVO handles markers that divide the song into various parts according to the musical metrics.

Hundreds of Sounds

DIVO contains over 300 stamps, 24 drum kits, and hundreds of percussion instruments. The MIDI generator has 240 notes of polyphony, allowing for both a base in MIDI format and a track to be played in real time. Within DIVO, there are over 100 patches that can be played by a master USB keyboard. Keyboards can be directly powered by DIVO.

Digital Recorder

DIVO is a powerful digital recorder. It is very easy to use, and once you have adjusted the volumes of the various sources, all you have to do is press REC to start recording your performance.

Web Connection

DIVO connects to the Internet very easily?via Wi-Fi dongle attachment (sold separately), via Ethernet cable, or via USB with Android-type smart devices.
