iodyne Pro Data Overview
Store and protect your most important assets with the 12TB Pro Data from iodyne. Transfer large amounts of data using the eight 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 3 ports, four of which are upstream and four of which are downstream ports. 12 NVMe SSDs are combined into a single storage pool with up to 5 Gb/s bandwidth. RAID-0 and RAID-6 support, along with AES-XTS-256 encryption, help to protect and keep your data secure.
The 12TB Pro Data can utilize the Thunderbolt ports to daisy-chain up to six Pro Data devices for up to a petabyte of combined storage. Connect up to four computers to the Pro Data simultaneously and use the Storage Handoff feature on compatible devices to distribute workflow tasks. Track the status of the Pro Data through the native iodyne macOS app, where it monitors the health of the internal SSDs, and connects with iodyne Cloud to order replacement SSDs over the device's lifetime. A 1-year warranty is included with the device but can be extended to a 3-year warranty at no charge when registered with an iodyne Cloud account. This device is compatible with Windows, Linux in beta, and macOS 11.0 or later.
