WyreStorm CAB-HAOC-FRL-10 Overview
Supporting next generation components, the 32.8' long CAB-HAOC 8K Fiber Optic HDMI Cable with Ethernet from WyreStorm can transmit 8K/60 resolution content at long distances. The long range is due to the use of 4-core fiber optic cabling, which translates to 48 Gb/s of uncompressed data throughput. Supporting the HDMI 2.1 specification, the cable offers robust HDR support and the transmission of passive data used by eARC, CEC, ALLM, and VRR technologies.
Display Stream Compression
A lossless compression algorithm that normally is used in powerful HDBaseT extenders, but is used here to send incredibly high bandwidth at a low transmission data rate.
