These connectors feature a fully shielded design with an external ground that improves noise immunity at all frequencies. This shielded design reduces crosstalk and increases performance. To verify your termination, each connector comes outfitted with thru holes that let you pass colored networking wires through and out in the front. In addition, these connectors come in a bag and are compatible with solid or stranded wires.
