But on receipt of confirmation, I immediately shot out the letter and enquired the length of wire you are supplying and clearly wrote that if I am not getting 100 meters length please don't supply it. Immediately I got the reply that the goods are as per specification. Again I wrote that this is not the reply I want I want you to clarify the length of wire you are supplying. Back came the same reply and also that the material is despatched.
I can understand that your company is not going to get rich by cheating a Senior Citizen of Rs.475. But the attitude of the officer dealing with the customer. I am also a member of the Customer Protection Committee but did not like to take up such a small matter in the committee. (please call for the correspondence and be the Judge. Would you not call it a case of Cheating or careless handling of a customer? Your supply of ONE Meter is Lying in my Showcase as it can't be used for any purpose.
