Description
LTC6993-1 is a monostable multivibrator (also known as a â��one-shotâ�� pulse generator) with a programmable pulse width of 1µs to 33.6 seconds. It is part of the TimerBlox® family of versatile silicon timing devices. A single resistor, RSET, programs an internal host oscillator frequency, setting the deviceâ��s time base. It is used in applications such as watchdog timer, frequency discriminators, missing pulse detection, envelope detection, high vibration, high acceleration environments, portable and battery-powered equipment.
- Configured with 1 to 3 resistors
- Rising-edge or falling-edge trigger, retriggerable or non-retriggerable
- Configurable for positive or negative output pulse
- Fast recovery time, 2.25V to 5.5V single supply operation
- CMOS output driver sources/sinks 20mA
- Supply current is 165µA typical at (RL = â��, RSET = 50K, NDIV â�¤ 64)
- VSET drift over temperature is ±75µV/°C typical at (TA = 25°C)
